1) How do I sign up as an affiliate?

Simply visit our registration page, complete your details and select which Buckingham brands that you would like to promote. We will review your application within 48 hours and send you an email to let you know once you have been accepted into the program.

2) Can I register more then one website?

Yes. You can have as many additional sites under one affiliate account as you like. You can create links and generate reports for each individual site, but still only receive one commission payment each month, covering all of your sites. You can set up additional links within your affiliate account once you log in. Please contact info@buckinghamaffiliates.com if you have any questions about setting this up in your account.

3) Are there any fees or hidden costs associated with joining the program?

No, absolutely not. It is free to sign up, free to promote and free to use our standard promotional materials.

4) What do I have to do once I register with your program?

Our Buckingham Affiilates team reviews each and every affiliate application. Upon approval, you can get started by using the banner manager to create and place links on your web sites. We take care of everything else for you!

5) How do I know how much money am I making?

We provide online statistics for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Log in with your username and password to our secure affiliate stats interface page to see how much you've earned along with other relevant stats.

6) I have checked the online stats for a while, but they haven't changed.

The database serving the online stats interface is updated once every 24 hours. Please log back into your account at an appropriate time to check the latest stats.

7) What commissions do I earn from each merchant?

At the end of each month we will calculate the amount you have earned and provide you with payment via your chosen payment method.

8) How do I get paid?

9) What currencies can I be paid in?

We pay our affiliates in Pounds Sterling (GBP)

10) How often will I receive payment?

We will send payment monthly, by the 15th business day of each month for all the commissions you have earned. Please keep in mind that to receive payment, affiliates must reach the minimum payment threshold for their chosen payment method. Otherwise, any commissions that have not reached the payment threshold will be rolled over to the next month.

11) How do you track the customers that I refer?

The banners and other promotional material that you download from our banner manager on our affiliate web site are embedded with your personal affiliate tracking code. Buckingham Affiliates makes use of cookie tracking for all purposes. When players you refer visit anyone of our product web sites for the first time, this cookie is then set by the tracking software.

12) Where do I receive my tracking code?

To get your tracking code you must first sign up for an affiliate account at Buckingham Affiliates. Once your application is approved you can log into the Buckingham Affiliates system and go to the "Marketing Tools" section. Your tracking code is provided directly from this section in HTML format. This code will be inserted automatically into the HTML for any marketing tools - such as banners, buttons and text links - that you wish to use. Simply copy and paste the code for the marketing tool your wish to use and paste it into the HTML of your Web site. Remember - it's important to test all tracking codes that you add to your website by clicking on them and verifying that this click is registered in your affiliate account.

13) Where should I place these banners and tracking codes?

Ideally, you should place links in areas where they are easy for your visitors to see. Theses areas include your homepage, navigation bar and any other high traffic areas. By placing links in these areas, your visitors are more likely to see them and click through to our products.

14) Where are the banners hosted?

We host and serve all banners and links at BuckinghamAffiliates.com. This allows us to manage our promotions and make sure you are always displaying the most up to date banners available. The advantage is that you won't have to change your banners every time a promotion changes, we'll do it for you.

15) Is my site acceptable?

We reserve the right to exclude any site from participating in our affiliate program. Sites which are aimed at minors, promote violence, illegal activities, pornography or any other content that we believe to be undesirable will be excluded from participation.
